Poster Preparation Instructions

1. The poster board surface will be about 2m high x 1m wide (Max). Your poster must fit within this space. An A0 size poster (841 mm x 1189 mm) will be sufficient.
2. Include the abstract title and all authors at the top of your poster.
3. The title lettering should not be less than a 48-point type. The body lettering should not be less than a 24-point type. 
4. Your poster should be readable from a 1-meter distance or more.
5. Your poster should be self-explanatory so that you are free to supplement the information and discuss points raised by viewers during your presentation period.

Poster Presentation Schedule

All poster sessions will be held in Grand Ballroom I, Level 6, Hilton Singapore Orchard. 

• Poster Setup: 26^th September:            0800 – 0830 hours
• Poster Viewing:
  • 26^th September:            1000 – 1030 hours; 1430 – 1500 hours
  • 27^th September:            1000 – 1010 hours
• Poster Presentation: 26^th September: 1430 – 1500 hours (For selected abstracts)
• Poster Dismantling: 27^th September: After 1100 hours

Poster Presentation Information

1. Posters must be presented in-person in Singapore. 
2. The presenting author or an abstract co-author must remain at the poster throughout the "Poster Viewing" period on the assigned presentation date. 
3. SSN will provide a printed number on your poster board. This number will correspond with the number in your abstract notification.
4. Velcro will be provided.
5. Posters not removed by the poster dismantling times will be discarded.
