Main Conference Registration Fee
Registration fee is paid in Singapore Dollars and will include lunch and tea breaks on both conference days, all related conference sessions, certificate of attendance and relevant conference materials if any.

The main conference registration fee does not include the Pre-Conference Workshop.

Conference Language
English language will be used throughout all sessions.

All scientific sessions will take place on Grand Ballroom

Trade Exhibition
Trade Exhibition will be part of the conference programme. Exhibition opening hours as follows:
Saturday, 26 September 2026      08:30 – 17:00
Sunday, 27 September 2026      08:30 – 12:00

CME / CPE ADMINISTRATION(
(Applicable to Singapore registered Healthcare Professionals ONLY)

CME/CPE points will be accorded for attending the Scientific Symposium.  Delegates are required to register their attendance daily at the conference registration counter twice; at the beginning of the day and during lunch time.

Conference Badge
The conference is open to all registered delegates and trade exhibitors. Please wear your badge at all times.

Attire and Dress Code
Dress code: Formal. Shorts and slippers are not allowed during the conference. Please dress appropriately.

Letter of Invitation
An official letter of invitation will be sent upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participant’s travel and visa arrangements only. This letter does not imply the provision of any support, financial or otherwise.

Immigration and Travel Matters
All visitors entering Singapore must complete the SG Arrival Card https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/

Liability
The Organising Committee is not liable for personal accidents, loss or damage of private properties of registered participants during the Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Whilst every attempt shall be made to ensure that all aspects of the Conference programme will proceed as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to amend any part of the programme without prior notice.
