Main Conference Registration Fee
Registration fee is paid in Singapore Dollars and will include lunch and tea breaks on both conference days, all related conference sessions, certificate of attendance and relevant conference materials if any.

The main conference registration fee does not include the Pre-Conference Workshop.

Official Language
English language will be used throughout all sessions.

All workshop sessions will take place in Level 4 function rooms

Main Conference Opening Hours

Sunday, 19 October 2025        7.30am - 4.00pm

Registration counter is located on Level 4, Grand Ballroom foyer
All scientific sessions will take place on both Levels 4 and 2 during the 2-day conference.

Trade Exhibition
Trade Exhibition will be part of the conference programme. Exhibition opening hours as follows:
Saturday, 18 October 2025      8.30am - 5.30pm
Sunday, 19 October 2025        8.30am - 4.00pm

Conference Badge
The conference is open to all registered delegates and trade exhibitors. Please wear your badge at all times.

Attire and Dress Code
Dress code: Formal. Shorts and slippers are not allowed during the conference. Please dress appropriately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation as follows:

Before 1 August 2025                       50%
1 August - 30 September 2025    20%
1 October 2025 onwards                 No refund

Letter of Invitation
An official letter of invitation will be sent upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participant’s travel and visa arrangements only. This letter does not imply the provision of any support, financial or otherwise.

Immigration and Travel Matters
All visitors entering Singapore must complete the SG Arrival Card https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/

Liability
The Organising Committee is not liable for personal accidents, loss or damage of private properties of registered participants during the Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
